The non stop feud between actress-comedienne Angelica Jones and Illac Diaz now reached a back to back filing of cases against each. The Laguna Board Member Jones (Angelica B. Alarva) was first reported to have sued Diaz for “grave oral defamation” for allegedly accusing her to have scuffled with one of Diaz’s staff together with her mom Beth Jones. Angelica denied the incident and stated that authorities were there and everyone saw what really happened.

The root cause of all these things was when Illac questioned Jones’ expenditures for the Laguna Bottle School Project that they both started. Diaz is a former actor and the executive director of MyShelter Foundation. He then filed a lawsuit of “Malversation of Public Funds” against Jones. He further stated that Jones lack transparency in managing the project together with her mom. He even challenged Jones to bring out her bank book for the project and all the receipts for all her declared expenditures for it.

He isn’t afraid of the “grave oral defamation” that was filed against him as the basis has become questionable when it comes to the legality of the situation. He already submitted a counter-affidavit falsifying the allegation.

Jones on the other hand is confident enough to clear her name against all the allegation filed against and would face Diaz in the court until the end.
