Actress turned host ANNE Hathaway says,she do not have the intention to make fun at other celebrities at the Academy Awards.

The Devil Wears Prada actress will have to sashay her designer gown in front of her colleagues,as she set to co-host the ceremony with James Franco on Sunday.

In any award giving bodies, sometimes the host tends to mock those who are present in the ceremonies to lighten up the mood of the general audience.

However,the 28 year old actress assertsshe wouldn’t feel comfortable poking fun at the nominees and other guests, and also doesn’t feel she has earned the “right” to do so.

“I can guarantee that if you’re looking for someone to call people out, we’re not your hosts,” Anne said. “I think that humor is really difficult to pull off, and I’m not particularly adept at it. I wouldn’t feel comfortable doing it.

“Also, I don’t mean to sound overly serious, but I am the youngest host in history and I have no business being cynical or calling anyone out. I certainly haven’t earned the right to do that.”

The Bride Wars Devil Wears Prada star also admitted she only accepted the hosting role after James was on board because he eased some of her fears about presenting such a huge live show — though she claims she now worries about other ways the “unconventional” actor can wreak havoc with the format.
