Newcomer Carla Abellana is the newest female host of the fifth season of Starstruck, the reality-based artista search of GMA-7. She will be joining Dingdong Dantes and Raymond Gutierrez. The Rosalinda star replaces Jolina Magdangal, who hosted four seasons of the said show. The reasons of Jolina’s departure from the show was never mentioned in press releases.
Carla is also set to record her own album under Universal Records and will be launched in a comedy movie soon under Regal Films. She is also the newest endorser of Bench.
