Not that it’s a bad thing, but for an objective Eat Pray Love review – we say that not everyone is into Zen and karma. And constantly repeating the phrase, “open up to love” will surely numb your senses at one point.

The film is 140 minutes long and repetitious beyond belief. But despite its contradictions, simplicity and heavy spirituality – Eat Pray Love is a truly genuine look at how one can effectively soul search for happiness.

But to take people into the journey can be stretching the concept, for we believe that soul searching is always a personal journey and one cannot just do what others have done to achieve nirvana.

Well, for our own review, we find this movie an old-fashioned non-stop action full of manly adrenalin. Action movie lovers of old times will surely enjoy this one.

It’s a parade of muscles, bullets and tattoos with punches and explosions everywhere that could only happen in the movie’s South American island, Vilena.

With its roster of action stars listed on posters like a high-powered team of “Stallone, Statham, Li, Lundgren, Couture, Austin, Crews and Rourke” – “The Expendables” is will surely be a nostalgic trip for old school action fans.

But for those who have seen too many science fiction action and bullet-time scenes, this movie could bore you. Better wait for it on DVD or just see if you can watch The Expendables online for free.

Stephen Leatherman, better known as Dr. Beach, makes a list annually of the best beaches around the country. This year, he awarded the top spot to  Coopers Beach Southampton New York!. He takes in a lot of factors such as location, water temperature,  smell, sand quality waves, water quality and the presence of annoyances like jellyfish.

This year, Dr. Beach announced his 20th anniversary list to the top 10 beaches in the US! Though Coopers Beach Southhampton New York won the top spot, the only complaint people have is that it costs $40 to park there.

The premier of Sex and the City 2 has had many people crying for no more sex and definitely no more city. Most of the initial reviews for the movie are very negative and unflattering to say the least.

The Sex and the City 2 reviews say that this new movie is not well written with lots of questionable scenes in the movie. Sex and the City 2 also has many scenes outside of New York and has many loyal fans questioning this move.

As always, you’ll have to see the movie for yourself. But again, just a little warning that the Sex and the City 2 Reviews aren’t very nice so far.

Palm Sunday usually occurs before the Holy week starts, in fact, in the Christian Calendar, this is the Sunday before Easter. The story on Palm Sunday was about Jesus when he came back into Jerusalem. A lot of people greeted him with Palms leaves, waving with happiness as though he was their ruling king.

Everyone in church at the time will receive palm crosses, to allow the congregation to have their palms during the Gospel reading which commemorates the people of Jesus’ time carrying palms and placing them in the road for Jesus to walk over.

Pope Benedict has opened the most solemn week of the year for the Catholic Church, amid a growing clerical sex abuse scandal in Europe. The pope made no mention of the scandal during Palm Sunday Mass at the Vatican, but one of the prayers offered was “for the young and for those charged with educating them and protecting them.”

Author J.K Rowling was allegedly accused of stealing ideas for her fourth book “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire” from the book of the late Adrian Jacobs “The Adventure of Willy and the Wizard – No.1 Livid Land” which was published in 1987. His estate now filed the case in London last Wednesday

And now J.K Rowling was allegedly sued for copying concepts such as wizard contests, wizard prisons, wizard hospitals, and wizard colleges from the book of Jacobs.

Remember that this is not the first time that she encountered and faced charges of plagiarism of Harry Potter Series. In fact, in 2002, a suit also brought by American author Nancy Stouffer who claimed that her character “Larry Potter” also bore a striking resemblance to Rowling’s “Harry Potter.” Stouffer lost the case.

Now, J.K Rowling has not yet commented about the allegation that was filed against her. But Max Markson said last Tuesday that “I estimate it’s a billion-dollar case…. That’ll be the decision of the courts, obviously.”

In fact, there are some sites claiming that as for “The Adventures of Willy the Wizard,” Rowling released a statement through a spokesperson saying, “I have certainly never read the book.”

What’s new with Final Fantasy XIII? The main goal for Final Fantasy XIII’s battle system is to maintain the strategic nature of command-based battles. The game is similar to those in Final Fantasy XII in which enemies are integrated into the world environment. However, what’s different in Final Fantasy XIII is that battles do not take place in the same “dimension”, instead there is a short transition and players are transported to a new battle screen, separate from the main playing world. This is cool!

The plot of Final Fantasy XIII takes place in a world known as Pulse and revolves around the story of the fal’Cie, mechanical beings with godlike power created from crystals residing inside them.

Since Final Fantasy XIII was first released in Japan, some players have already provided their initial reviews in this computer game. According to them, after getting over the initial shock of playing Final Fantasy XIII game on the Xbox 360, they found it was difficult to tell the two versions apart. Both look spectacular, with the game’s engine creating stunning vistas.

As they walked around the environments in Final Fantasy XIII, they could pick out all the details on their characters’ clothes and see their hair floating around in the wind. Battles looked fantastic, with vibrant lighting effects filling the screen during summons. They also noticed the lip-syncing of Final Fantasy characters during cutscenes. Character animations have been reworked for the English voice acting, so speech lines up perfectly.
