Miranda Lambert has made history by getting the most CMA Award nominations for a female artist in the history of the Country Music Awards. The question now is, can she win the Entertainer of the Year, CMA Awards 2010′s highest honor?

Miranda Lambert, together with other first-time nominees such as Lady Antebellum and the Zac Brown Band, is nominated for the top award at tonight’s 44th Country Music Association Awards. Joining them is former winner Keith Urban and Brad Paisley.
Paisley, will be hosting the awards show with American Idol winner Carrie Underwood. While he has already won 13 CMAs before, never has he been given the Entertainer of the Year award.
Meanwhile, due to her 2009 platinum album, “Revolution”, Miranda Lambert is coming in with a record nine nominations. Her hits, “White Liar” and The House That Built Me,” are nominated in two categories, song and single of the year.
She’s also vying for Female Vocalist of the Year against last year’s winner and Entertainer of the Year, Taylor Swift.
The show will debut singing performance of Oscar winner Gwyneth Paltrow, who stars with Tim McGraw in the upcoming movie “Country Strong.”
