Teen singer Demi Lovato is ready to step back into the spotlight!

Demi, who received treatment “for emotional and physical issues”, recently checked out from the rehab facility. And lately she was spotted out in Santa Monica on Friday.

One insider told US Weekly magazine, “She left with full sign-off from the facility.

“She will continue to see doctors in LA who will help her work on the issues she confronted in treatment.

“She is so grateful to all of her fans for their unbelievable support and looks forward to being able to talk to all of them very soon.”

The Disney star’s representatives reached a settlement earlier this month with dancer Alex Welch, who allegedly received a black eye when the star attacked her on a plane after believing Alex had complained to management about her.

Also, a new song by Demi called Shut Up and Love Me was recently leaked online, leading supporters to think she was getting her career back on track.
