After Miami Heat superstar Dwyane Wade’s controversial divorce with her high school girlfriend Siohvaughn Funches, custody battle for the former couple’s kids are still on court.
According to tmz.com, Wade’s lawyer filed a motion in a Chicago court demanding that Siohvaughn go under a psychiatric evaluation, claiming that she is mentally unstable.
According to new documents filed in Chicago, Dwyane’s attorney, Lester L. Barclay claims:
“There is a question as to the mental condition and violent tendencies” of Siohvaughn Wade.
In the filing, Barclay claims Siohvaughn’s own testimony has revealed a history of extreme violence — and he believes she has “homicidal” and “suicidal” tendencies.
If all these are proven by court, sources tell that he may end up getting the full custody of his two kids, sons, Zaire Blessing Dwyane Wade (born February 4, 2002) and Zion Malachi Airamis Wade (born May 29, 2007).
