Halle Berry’s ex. GABRIEL Aubry is ditches career over their daughter.

The Canadian-born model ,who resides in Los Angeles,took an apartment in New York so he can look after his two-year old daughter named Nahla with X-Men star Halle Berry,while the actress films her upcoming movie New Year’s Eve.

With his decision to relocate temporarily for kid, Aubry has postponed all his impending work commitments that is tantamount to putting his struggling career on the edge.

“Gabriel’s arranged a short let apartment in New York and he plans to be there all the time Nahla is,” a source said.

“He has put his career temporarily on ice, canceled a couple of projects he had booked, and plans on concentrating full time on being with Nahla.

“The agreement at the moment is that Gabriel will be primary caregiver to Nahla during the time Halle is working, but nothing is set in stone, or agreed in writing, so we will have to just see how that goes.”

Aubry’s decision to stay in New York after Halle refused to let Nahla stay with him in Los Angeles while she shot the movie.

“He really wanted Nahla to stay behind in LA with him while Halle went to New York, but she wouldn’t allow that, so he is uprooting and moving there to be with her,” said the source.
