Paramore’s Hayley Williams twitter account was apparently hacked, and a nude twitpic was tweeted to her fans.

The twitpic quickly got over 5,000 views before being removed, going completely viral.

Hayley Williams of Paramore claims her Twitter site was hacked, though the photo was quickly taken down after about 10 mintues, but not before it had gone viral.

Someone would have to have access to the nude topless photo of Hayley Williams AND be able to access her twitter account. Which is a lot of info to have… No news sources have verified any of this information as of now and Hayley Williams or representatives could not be reached for comments.

The pic shows Hayley Williams breasts as she apparently is taking a photo of herself.
