Another breaking news today is about Jared Gaither. Recently, he was taken to the hospital because he was injured. Jared Gaither was taken off the field on a stretcher during the second quarter of Sunday’s game against the New England Patriots, the Baltimore Sun said. Gaither will be taken to Massachusetts General Hospital for neck and shoulder examinations. This is a very sad news to all Jared Gaither fans.

It appeared that the crown of Gaither’s helmet cracked into the back of quarterback Joe Flacco in a pileup in the backfield. Poor Jared Gaither, everybody is hoping that he will be fine.

With 7:11 left in the second quarter, Gaither laid motionless on the ground for about 15 minutes. Then, about nine people lifted the former University of Maryland standout onto a stretcher (where he was strapped in and had the facemask removed from his helmet) and carted him off the field.
