LINDSAY Lohan high dependency on cocaine is currently being treated .

The 24 year old actress,who was busted for her illegal use of drugs and too much alcohol in the body while speeding,is undergoing a rehabilitation treatment program in Betty Ford Clinic in Los Angeles.

Radar Online postulates,Lindsay Lohan has a substance dependency for the Class A drug.

“Lindsay’s primary problem is cocaine,” a source said.

“She went through a thorough assessment, and it was discovered that she has a high dependence for cocaine.”

Lindsay Lohan previously admitted to have experimented with the drug has been making tremendous progress in the clinic as she responds quite well with the treatments.

“At this point, Lindsay is at a critical point of her detoxification and recovery, and she is doing well,” said the source.

The treatment given to the former teen star is facilitated by a team of health professionals.Her treatment team is comprised of a personal physician, nurse, psychologist, primary counselor, case manager, spiritual care counselor, family counselor, dietitian, fitness trainer and chemical dependency technician.

The team will also facilitate her post-rehabilitation regimen.

The Freaky Friday star,is set to appear on court on the 22nd of October for her probation hearing,after her positive drug tests a month ago.

Lohan,who was punished with 90-day incarceration,only served 13 days behind bars in July. In her temporary freedom,she was subjected with different drug tests and was required to wear SCRAM-that detects alcohol level in the body ,for quite sometime.Apparently,the Mean Girl returned to prison shortly after failing those stipulated tests,however bailed herself out with $300,000 and voluntarily checked into the aforementioned institution.
