The much awaited birthday celebration of the proud Pac-mom Dionisia Pacquiao turned out to be a grandiose one Sunday night. She celebrated her 62nd birthday inside a gymnasium built by her boxing champ son Manny Pacquiao. The entire venue turned out to be an elegantly decorated ballroom. “Mommy D”,as what the media industry call her, was dressed in Disney princess-inspired gowns.

Aside from her birthday, it is also the blessing day of the Pacquiao Gym and the victory party of the recent win of Manny as well. Manny together with team Pacquiao arrived in his private jet who went straight to his motorcade. Fans were still outside the streets to meet him even though the boxing champ arrived late. The motorcade of Manny went straight to the gym carrying the expensive gift for his mom. It has been known to everyone that Mommy D asked for an Hermes bag and Jinkee, her daughter-in-law chose it for her.

Some important personalities arrived shortly like former President Joseph Estrada and former Ilocos Governor Chavit Singson. The latter is a known supporter of the boxing champ and was even present on his recent victorious match against Shane Mosley.

Mommy D obviously enjoyed her birthday party that ended up with all her guests dancing. She even showed all the expensive gifts that she received which include dancing shoes, rosary made of Swarovski stones, the Hermes scarf from former President Estrada and wife, necklace and a lot more. She opened everything except the one from Manny.

Mommy D admitted that when it comes to materials, she almost got everything and when she’s going to be asked what more can she ask for, it would be the retirement of Manny from boxing that she has been asking for so long.
