Rustom Padilla was a popular actor in the 90′s. He appeared on a number of reputable films like the controversial military film Mistah with brothers Robin and Rommel Padilla and on the remake of the movie Maruja together with ex-wife Carmina Villaroel.
He was accused of being addited to drugs and wrong doings. He stayed in the United States of America for some soul-searching. HE even attempted to venture into a skincare business, but we don’t really know what happened. It was also reported that he was planning to produce an indie film.
The actor made a controversial comeback via the reality TV show Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition and he later on revealed that he is gay. A butterfly appeared before his confession to then best friend Keanna Reeves while she was urinating at the backyard of the big brother house.
After his stint at the show, Rustom appeared on a number of films such as Happy Hearts and Zsa-Zsa Zaturnah where he won a Best Actor award. He was also seen on tv shows like La Vendetta and lately in Eva Fonda.
