The lost boy mysteriously appeared at the Season Finale of Gossip Girl Season 2. So who really is the Lost Boy? There are speculations that the Lost Boy is the son of Rufus Humphrey and Lily Van Der Woodsen, the boy who technically died, but he’s not really dead and now he’s on the quest to look for his lost parents in the upper east side.
