The Pregnancy Pact Movie Movie is a Lifetime TV movie which is inspired by a true story. Today, a lot of teenagers are engaged in early pregnancy forcing these teens to become mothers even before they get into the age of 20.

There ws an article created by Time Magazine about the rise in the number of pregnancies at a high school. Such case was the result of a so-called “pregnancy pact”, that unmarried teenage girls were trying to get pregnant.

The Pregnancy Pact Movie stars Thora Birch as Sidney Bloom. She was an on-line journalist who returns to her hometown to investigate the sudden increase in teenage pregnancies at her old high school.

Other stars of the Pregnancy Pact Movie include Lorraine Dougan as Nancy Travis. She was the head of a local “conservative values” group and mother to one of the girls who’s under 16 and pregnant.

The Pregnancy Pact Movie is all about pregnancy. The movie exposes pregnant teens smoking and drinking alcohol.

It looks like that The Pregnancy Pact Movie’s message is to use contraceptives like condoms. However, it contradicts the very idea of this movie which is all about teen girls wanting to get pregnant.

Lifetime TV has partnered with The National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy and will offer the Pregnancy Pact movie free of charge to educators and non-profit groups after January 24th.

Well, I guess, The Pregnancy Pact Movie teaches us to become responsible citizens. Raising a new born child is not easy most especially for teens who are not mature enough to handle such responsibility.
