West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval happens Saturday, October 31, 2009 between 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM on Santa Monica Boulevard between La Cienega Boulevard and Doheny Drive.

West Hollywood Halloween 2009 is really one of the most awaited events annually in the United States. The official West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval will kickoff with a march led by members of the West Hollywood City Council and a colorful cast of characters and everyone is encouraged to join!
